All sales are final. If for any reason you receive your item and it is damaged you can contact us at sayran@sayran.space and we will gladly help to try and resolve the issue. 


SOLD OUT ITEMS

Most of my pieces are made in smaller quantities to avoid waste or potentially catching dust in my studio😆🧿🙏🏽. I also like most of the pieces to feel unique and special for the wearer. I do try and restock as often as possible though and make it a priority to do my best in this regard.

I started creating a lot of the older collections (towards the bottom of the shop page) 5-7 years ago so some of the older pieces for the time being won’t be brought back but if there’s any piece you would like to see me bring back feel free to shoot me an email 😊 sayran@sayran.space.


SHIPPING

A message from Sayran as of January 1 2021:

Items are made to order and can take up to 5-7 business days to ship out. Much love and appreciation for the patience and sweetness you all show me. My goal is always to get the product out as fast as possible. I ship domestically AND internationally (wherever United States Postal Service is available). If you have a DHL account and are outside of the United States please email me (sayran@sayran.space) so we can arrange a delivery. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS after shipping and international orders take a little bit longer depending on the custom policies of the country, typically between 1-3 weeks (depending on country and customs policies).

If the country you reside in charges duty or customs fees, SAYRAN is not responsible for the fees, so please be aware of this before you place a order. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this.

FOR CUSTOMERS IN SOUTHERN KURDISTAN, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PLACE AN ORDER PLEASE CONTACT SHOP YO BRAND. Currently that is the only way I am able to have my products delivered to the region. There is also one boutique in Slemani, Kurdistan that has a select number of pieces available, Unique and Chic Boutique (Rand Gallery Nhomy 1, Slemani)

JEWELRY CARE TIPS:

  • Store your jewelry in an air tight space.

  • Remove your jewelry when in water, keeping the piece(s) away from cleansers/detergents. 

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, body lotions and other chemicals. 

  • Clean the pieces after use by wiping with a soft dry cloth. 

  • Remove your jewelry before going to bed or participating in any physical activity. 

  • NOTE: If allergy appears, stop wearing. This is fashion jewelry, not real gold/silver.
